WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after your order has been handed over to the carrier.

ORDER PROCESSING

Every SOUVARE order is carefully prepared before dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After dispatch, delivery is generally estimated within 10–20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, carrier operations, customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED?

International shipments may occasionally go several days without a new tracking update while moving between facilities, countries, or customs checkpoints.

This does not necessarily mean that your package has stopped moving.
